for Creating a New Web Site Account
Access
to this Web site is free. Most usage of the site does not require that you
create an account. However, you are required to register and login in order
to:
- Receive
periodic electronic updates via e-mail related to payment error prevention
resources
- Participate
in online educational activities for which continuing education credit is offered
Enter the following information in the space
provided below. Items marked with a red arrow are required
fields.
- Choose a username that will be easy for
you to remember, e.g., firstname.lastname. Make note of the username that
you enter.
- Choose a password
that is combination of letters and numbers. The password must be at least 7
characters and is case sensitive.
- The display name that you enter will be
used to create your certificate of completion when you attend training for
continuing education credits. Include your credentials, such as RHIA,
RHIT, RN, CHC, CPHQ, etc., in order for these to be included on your
certificate.
